Info for speakers and meeting organisers
Welcome to the Subcontracting Trade Fair at Tampere Exhibition and Sports Centre, September 30 – October 2, 2025!
Below is information that we hope you will be familiar with in advance. Please pass this information on to all performers and people involved in the event. Please check our website or your order confirmation for the program time and location of your performance or event.
ENTRY TO THE FAIR
Exhibitors don`t need to register separately as speakers, the exhibitor badge is sufficient. Exhibitor badges can be obtained from the Exhibitor Portal.
If you are not an exhibitor but are coming to speak or perform at the fair, you will have free entry with a Speaker Badge. You can receive your Speaker Badge by registering in advance via the link below. After registering, you will be sent a QR code closer to the event. Upon arrival at the fair, you can print your Speaker Badge with the QR code (Speaker Badge = event pass with the title “SPEAKER”).
Parking and cloakroom services are free of charge for speakers. You can access the free cloakroom by showing your Speaker Badge to the cloakroom staff. More detailed parking instructions can be found below.
PARKING & ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS
Parking is free of charge for speakers. You can receive free parking either by sending your license plate number in advance (by September 26, 2025) to milla.paananen@finlandevents.fi, or on-site by presenting your Speaker Badge at the main lobby info desk and providing your license plate number to the staff. This must be done immediately upon arrival. The parking permit will be valid for the entire duration of the fair.
For exhibitors, external service providers/visitors, and trade fair guests, parking is subject to a fee.
Note! Parking spaces at Tampere Exhibition and Sports Centre are limited. We cannot guarantee a parking spot for all participants, so please make sure to arrive early. We also recommend using hotel and railway station shuttle services or public transportation.

PROGRAM AREAS & TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Below you will find information about the technical setup for the program stages, presentations, as well as the seminar and meeting rooms.
MAIN & THEME STAGES
For presentations on the program stages, we kindly ask you to provide us with your final presentation materials in advance, no later than Tuesday, September 23, 2025, if you plan to use slides or video during your session. This ensures that our technicians receive the materials on time and can guarantee a seamless presentation on the event day. All presentation materials must be in PowerPoint format.
The stage program schedules will include speaker names. Please inform us promptly of any changes.

SEMINAR & MEETING ROOMS
Seminars and meetings on the fairgrounds take place in the Seminar Centre or the meeting room corridor.
If you are using your own laptop, it must have an HDMI output. Please inform us in advance if another connection type is required.
All seminar and meeting rooms are equipped with internet access (login details available in each room).
If you require additional equipment or further information, please contact the program producer (see contact details below).
We kindly ask you not to run presentations directly from cloud services. Apple devices require an adapter to connect to the projectors in seminar rooms (please see room-specific technical details below).
As the rooms are in continuous use, please ensure your session runs according to the agreed schedule.

CATERING SERVICES
