Instructions for media
Admission
We offer free entry to accredited media. Media will receive their media badges at the information desk in the main lobby, please be prepared to show your press card on request.
Accreditation will open closer to event.
Parking
If you arrive at the event by car and want free parking, remember to also fill in your car’s license plate number on the form. Parking spaces in the area will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Upon arrival, you will receive a media card at the press desk in the main lobby information point, which will grant you access to the exhibition area..
Press room
The press room is located on the second floor of Hall A (next to the exhibitor restaurant Kastrup) and will be open during fair opening hours. In the press room you can enjoy refreshments and charge your mobile phone, computer or your own batteries. The press staff will also be happy to provide you with more information about the event and the show programme.
